Context
Slamcore turns forklifts and AMRs into connected, location-aware assets using vision-based SLAM, no beacons, no infrastructure. Ahead of their next raise they needed a reference compute + sensor unit that customers and investors could hold, mount on a truck, and photograph for the keynote deck.
- Retrofittable to existing material handling equipment
- Off-the-shelf compute + camera modules inside
- Brand-aligned, quiet, technical, precise
- Photography-ready finish for launch shoot
How we built it.
- 01Discover
Half-day workshop to lock scope: a hero unit for fundraising and pilot installs, not a production design.
- 02Concept
Single direction approved in 48 hours, a machined aluminum sleeve over the reference electronics.
- 03CAD
Production-grade Fusion 360 model with machining drawings ready for the prototype shop.
- 04Prototype
Two CNC units, anodized, hand-finished in time for the keynote pitch deck shoot.
