Context
Infinite Product Solutions, based in Corona, California, builds muzzle upgrades, thread adapters and the RBX forward redirect system for precision shooters, hunters and tactical professionals. Their catalogue had grown product by product. We were brought in to design a large portion of the range, muzzle brakes, compensators, flash hiders, thread adapters and redirect components, so every part read as one family and every part could be cut efficiently on their machining partners' equipment.
- Every part turned and milled from bar stock on existing CNC capacity
- Standard muzzle thread pitches and industry mounting interfaces preserved
- Ported geometry tuned for recoil, muzzle rise and flash signature
- Finishes must survive black anodize, clear anodize and black oxide equally
- OEM variants carry partner branding without a new tool path family
How we built it.
- 01Range architecture
Audited the existing catalogue and defined a shared design language, port shapes, chamfers, knurl and mark placement, so brakes, hiders, adapters and redirect caps read as one system across every SKU.
- 02Muzzle device design
Parametric CAD for each device family, with port geometry, baffle angles and timing surfaces driven by parameters so new calibers and thread pitches spin out of the same master model.
- 03Adapters and redirect system
Thread adapters, protectors and redirect container caps designed around the installed base, including breacher-style front caps that add a rugged face while keeping forward blast redirection intact.
- 04DFM and visualisation
Tool-path-aware detailing with their machine shop, plus product renders and hero imagery used across the storefront, launch assets and retail listings.
